Our Commitment

LarkTek, LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards across our products and websites.

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, and they are aligned with the standards referenced under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Scope

This statement applies to the digital experiences LarkTek operates, including:

  • The LarkTek marketing website (larktek.io)
  • Our Kindred, Petra, and Orkyd product applications
  • Customer and billing portals
  • Public payment, intake, and form pages we host on behalf of our customers

Accessibility Features

Measures we take to support accessibility across our platform include:

  • Text contrast ratios of at least 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text
  • Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements
  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
  • Clear form labels and accessible error messaging
  • Semantic HTML structure that supports screen readers and assistive technology
  • Respect for reduced-motion preferences

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, some content may not yet fully conform. Known limitations include third-party embedded content, materials uploaded by our customers that may lack alternative text, non-tagged PDF documents, and older custom content. We are working to address these areas, and we provide alternative means of access upon request.

Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is an ongoing part of how we design and build software. We run automated WCAG checks before publishing changes, conduct periodic accessibility audits, and incorporate accessibility considerations into our development and review processes.

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our products and websites. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please let us know. To help us respond effectively, please include:

  • The URL or page where you experienced the problem
  • A description of the task you were trying to complete
  • The assistive technology, browser, and device you were using
